Default Background Image

If a blog post has no image to be used as a thumbnail image on home page or the page's hero section. A standard default image will be used. This image should be uploaded to blogger via one of the post  or pages, which can be remain in draft status to prevent public seeing it. From that draft page, we can obtain the image's url. Such url needed to be hard-coded in the template editor for the time being!
